Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. It must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

How to start

Email hello@didala.net with your order number and the item you are returning. We reply with a prepaid US label within one business day.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to post it. Original shipping is refunded only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size you want and return the original, so you are not waiting on us.

Damaged or incorrect

Photograph the item and the packaging and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace it at no cost.

Non returnable

Gift cards, and any item marked final sale at the time of purchase.
