How it is made

One piece. One material. No assembly line.

Conventional midsoles are foam, which means every step compresses the same way everywhere. Ours is a generated lattice. We set the density per zone in software: open and forgiving under the heel, tighter and more responsive at the forefoot, nearly absent across the arch. The printer then builds that geometry directly. There is no mould, so there is no tooling cost, and changing a size does not require retooling anything.

Printed, not cut

A cut-and-sew shoe starts as a sheet and loses roughly a third of it to the offcut bin. Additive manufacturing only deposits material where the part needs it. Our waste stream is support structures, and we regrind those.

One material, genuinely recyclable

Most footwear claims to be recyclable and is not, because it is twelve materials bonded together. HALO ONE, FLUX LITE and NOVA STRAP are a single polymer family. At the end of their life they go back into the grinder as one input.

The finish is structural

The iridescent shift you see is not a coating. It comes from the surface geometry of the printed lattice interacting with light. It will not peel, crack, or rub off.

Printed to order

We hold no finished inventory. Your order enters the print queue the day you place it, which is why it takes 5 to 8 business days to leave the studio.
